LPN & Associate’s Degrees
The Associate’s of Science Degree in Nursing (ADN) and the Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Diploma/Certificate are programs designed to qualify individuals for entry-level positions as a staff nurse. Just as in other nursing programs, students take courses in nursing, anatomy, physiology, microbiology, chemistry, nutrition, psychology and other social and behavioral sciences, as well as in liberal arts. ADN and LPN programs generally take two to three years to complete.
The schools listed below currently offer accredited “campus-based” nursing programs that lead to an Associate’s of Science Degree in Nursing or a Licensed Practical Nurse Diploma or Certificate.
